Winding Trails Post Acute in Colorado is hiring LPNs to join a compassionate nursing team in a skilled nursing setting. Shifts are 12 hours (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am) with PRN evening coverage available, providing nursing care, medication passes, and treatments.
