Job Summary

Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Night Shift (Full Time) at LPH ER, UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital, Longmont, CO. Minimum of 1+ years of recent ED RN experience strongly preferred.

Hours:

72 hours per 2‑week pay period. Pay: $35.29 – $54.71 per hour, depending on experience. Night Shift Incentive Program: $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/yr) for full‑time night shift RNs.

• Graduate of an accredited or state board‑approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years of experience.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
• TNCC or ATCN, ENPC or PALS certification within 1 year of hire.
• Registered Nurse Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN).
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC).
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC).
• Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• BLS – BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• CPR for the Professional Rescuer card in hand before start date; BLS or CPR card must be valid through 60 days of hire.

Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including level 1 trauma designation. Utilize the nursing process with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes. Prioritize patient wellness, evidence‑based practice, and maintain safety and quality at the point of care.

Full‑time, 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks). On‑site position. Night shift only.
