Job Summary
Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Night Shift (Full Time) at LPH ER, UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital, Longmont, CO. Minimum of 1+ years of recent ED RN experience strongly preferred.
Hours:
72 hours per 2‑week pay period. Pay: $35.29 – $54.71 per hour, depending on experience. Night Shift Incentive Program: $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/yr) for full‑time night shift RNs.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board‑approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years of experience.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
- TNCC or ATCN, ENPC or PALS certification within 1 year of hire.
- Registered Nurse Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN).
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC).
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC).
- Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- BLS – BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
- CPR for the Professional Rescuer card in hand before start date; BLS or CPR card must be valid through 60 days of hire.
Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including level 1 trauma designation. Utilize the nursing process with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes. Prioritize patient wellness, evidence‑based practice, and maintain safety and quality at the point of care.
