Home Caregiver | Per‐Visit Shifts | Boulder

Pay: $42.00 – $47.00 per visit (based on experience and availability)

This is an specific client assignment with consistent, recurring shifts. We are currently staffing a weekday crew and a weekend crew

Shifts Needed:

• Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Caregivers do not need to be available for all shifts
, but availability for a large portion of the listed shifts is strongly preferred

This client requires multiple caregivers per shift, and we are actively building a reliable rotation.

, caregivers will have the option to work with additional clients

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain calm, professional boundaries with an extremely verbally combative client
• Assist with personal care
  , including changing adult undergarments
• Learn and follow detailed care routines and care plans
• Assist with light housekeeping and basic meal preparation
• Communicate clearly with office staff regarding care needs or concerns

• Client’s home is located in Boulder
• This household has one cat; caregivers must be able to work comfortably in a home with a cat

• Experience with or comfort learning hands‑on personal care

• Ability to professionally manage verbal aggression while remaining calm and respectful (

• TB test required
  • Already completed preferred
  • Willingness to complete is mandatory (testing provided at no cost)
• Flu shot required
• Availability for:

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be at least 18 years of age
