Morning Star Senior Living - 575 Tantra Drive - Responsibilities:
Administer and document medications per physician orders and MAR;
Observe the five rights of medication administration;
Order medications from the pharmacy as prescribed;
Document medications after administration in the resident's medical record;
Monitor residents' vital signs prior to medication administration and report changes;
Administer PRN medications per physician orders;
Report medication errors to Wellness Director immediately
