Morning Star Senior Living - 575 Tantra Drive - Responsibilities:
Administer and document medications per physician orders and the Medication Administration Record;
Order medications from the pharmacy 7 days prior to depletion and notify Wellness Director to ensure availability;
Document medications given in the resident's medical record immediately after administration;
Take and record vital signs prior to medication administration when required;
Observe for adverse reactions and report to licensed nurses; administer PRN medications as ordered
