What You Will Earn

Salaried at $115,000 to $130,000 and eligible for a discretionary 10% of salary bonus based on performance.

What You Will Need:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive nursing leadership experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, acute care, or a related healthcare setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Assisted Living communities.
  • Thorough understanding of nursing practice standards, nursing administration principles, and clinical care delivery models.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to effectively lead nursing operations in a complex healthcare environment.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing policies, procedures, and clinical programs.
  • Proven success managing regulatory compliance, survey readiness, survey outcomes, and corrective action initiatives
