Position DetailsRole: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time
Salary: $18 - $19/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday; no nights, weekends, or holidays

- Answer phones, route calls, and respond promptly to client inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage a busy multi‑doctor calendar
- Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient records
- Process invoices, collect payments, and review estimates with clients
- Communicate hospital services, policies, and recommendations clearly and compassionately
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and welcoming lobby
- Manage medical records, appointment reminders, and other administrative tasks
- Collaborate closely with doctors and technicians to provide an exceptional client experience
- Previous veterinary receptionist or client service experience preferred
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and hospital workflows is a plus
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Confidence using computers and learning new software
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
