Compensation:
Full Pay Range $16.82 - $21.65 per hour. The hiring range extends from the minimum up to 80% of the range.

Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety of the swimming pool environment and closely monitoring and potentially rescuing swimmers. They provide customer service to visiting patrons and exercise mature judgment and decision‑making skills while on‑duty.

- Seasonal Traditional (May – September) – < 6 months, >30 hours/week. No medical, dental, or vision insurance. Benefits include sick time‑off, wellness program, Eco Pass for transit, recreation pass, and retirement plans.
- Seasonal Limited Hours (March – September) – < 11 months,
