- Diagnose and manage complex nephrology and urology cases, including acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, ureteral obstructions, and lower urinary tract disorders
- Perform and support advanced nephrology and urology procedures, including subcutaneous ureteral bypass (SUB) placement and management, percutaneous cystolithotomy (PCCL), minimally invasive endourology procedures, and extracorporeal therapies
- Collaborate closely with specialists in Internal Medicine, Surgery, Critical Care, Oncology, Neurology, and Diagnostic Imaging to provide comprehensive patient care
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools including fluoroscopy, endoscopy, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and an extensive in-house laboratory
- Participate in the continued growth and development of the Nephrology & Urology service and associated clinical programs
- Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning
- Established extracorporeal therapies program, including hemodialysis, hemoperfusion, apheresis, and therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE)
- Minimally invasive endourology and interventional radiology procedures utilizing fiber optic endoscopes and fluoroscopy
- Dedicated operating room and nursing support for advanced nephrology and urology procedures
- Comprehensive in-house laboratory featuring digital cytology and viscoelastic coagulation monitoring
- Readily available advanced imaging support, including MRI, CT, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy
- Advanced ICU capabilities including mechanical ventilation and high‑flow oxygen therapy
- Collaborative specialty team featuring Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Nephrology & Urology, Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Ophthalmology, Dentistry & Oral Surgery, and Emergency & Critical Care
- Growing specialty services with a Cardiologist, Anesthesiologist, and Surgical Oncologist joining the team
