Position: Rental Tech I
Position Summary Responsible for welcoming guests to a wonderful check in experience. Also, appropriately fitting guests for rental ski and snowboard boots, focusing on exceptional customer service, customer safety, and working safely.

Primary Responsibilities/Duties Rental Tech I/ Bootfitter
· Ensuring that rental fleeting is safe
· Answer check in questions
· Direct and guide clients to best place
· Sizes and selects appropriate ski or snowboard boots
· Sizes and selects appropriate skis or snowboards
· Help with returns
· Other duties as assigned

Work Environment This position is based inside and is exposed to high altitudes (8200+ feet). Exposure to chemicals, including disinfectants, used in ski tuning. Must be able to walk on both even and uneven terrain, climb/descend stairs, stand and/or sit for long periods of time, bend, stoop, reach (place/retrieve equipment on storage shelving), kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds.
