Our landscape maintenance technicians are full-time employees working from mid-March to December 23rd, with schedules ranging from 30-40+ hours per week. From January 2nd to mid-March, we perform snow removal service and also equipment maintenance, training, and other off-season tasks.

As a mowing technician, you will be responsible for maintaining high-end residential and small commercial properties.

• Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to maintain a professional appearance
• Operating and maintaining mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
• Ensuring safe and proper use of all tools and machinery
• Assisting with loading and unloading materials and supplies
• Performing basic maintenance and fueling of assigned equipment

• Must have transportation to the branch location
• Must pass a driver's license screen
• Safeguard company assets from theft and misuse
• Comply with business ethics, applicable laws, and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

• Work in outdoor environments, including in hot and variable weather conditions
• Able to work overtime or extended shifts if required by Operations Management
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist continuously throughout the day
• Must have excellent vision or corrective lenses allowing for excellent vision
• Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted in company equipment, on job sites, or in branch facilities
