- Support laboratory technicians in their performance of quality testing of in-process materials and finished products.
- Meticulously prepare samples, conduct analytical tests and document results.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot analytical instruments; execute routine repairs, assist with moderate repairs under guidance, and coordinate manufacturer service for complex issues.
- Verify raw materials against specifications by reviewing Certificates of Analysis and expeditiously release to manufacturing within ERP.
- Assist with assessing new analytical instruments. Assist with analytical test method development. Make recommendations for instrument acquisitions.
- Perform frequent audits to ensure that quality control systems are maintained, and in compliance.
- Utilize and maintain statistical process control charts (SPC) and JMP Statistical Software to maintain instrument precision, repeatability, reproducibility, and measurement correlation.
- Perform frequent audits to ensure that quality control systems are maintained and are in compliance.
- Utilize SPC charts to identify, investigate, and correct manufacturing out-of-control conditions.
- Comply with quality control policies and procedures and maintain required documentation.
- Maintain a safe environment in accordance with standards, policies and safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO regulations, and safety protocols.
