JCW is working on an exciting role that allows you to step into a high-impact quality leadership role at a globally recognized advanced manufacturing business. This role has full site ownership, real influence, and the chance to leave your mark on a QMS that operates at scale.
You’ll have broad remit across QA, QC, Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, Document Control, Metrology, and RMAs - with visibility all the way to global quality leadership.
What you’ll bring:- 6+ years in Quality Management across Advanced Manufacturing, Bioscience, Semiconductor, Aerospace, or Defense
- Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IATF 16949, FDA 21 CFR 820
- Lean/Six Sigma expertise and strong audit leadership
- A track record of driving CAPA, continuous improvement, and cultural change at site level
