Harris Data Integrity Solutions, a division of Harris, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to review Patient Identity Expert work, provide feedback on quality, review project procedures with teams, and assist Identity Managers. The role is remote and available to candidates anywhere in the U.S. Wage: $18‑$19 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Perform QA reviews of Patient Identity Expert work, providing feedback and suggestions for performance improvement.
  • Meet performance and production standards for QA project work.
  • Communicate frequently with the Identity Manager.
  • Monitor remote team quality results and provide summary information to the Project Leadership Team.
  • Conduct quality/productivity calls with Patient Identity Experts not meeting quality standards, including staff on the TIP program and those struggling on assigned projects.
  • Document follow‑up to calls in Teams and send follow‑up notes to PIE.
  • Collaborate with the Identity Manager on project procedure testing.
  • Review project procedures with remote teams on client‑specific tasks.
  • Monitor training pair completion and assignments.
  • Maintain quality standards, including corrections or changes in IDM.
  • Assist in assigning tasks in IDM and track assignments in project teams.
  • Attend HDIS company staff meetings and QA meetings as scheduled/required.
Qualifications
  • Meeting or exceeding PIE progression requirements for the QA level established on the PIE Progression chart.
  • Ability to work with remote teams and individuals using virtual technology and tools.
  • Ability to meet deadlines on time‑sensitive projects.
  • Demonstrated understanding of complex duplicate validity requirements.
  • Demonstrated understanding of a variety of hospital health information systems.
  • Strong Excel skills preferred.
  • High level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think independently.
  • Problem‑solving skills: identify and resolve problems promptly and develop alternative solutions.
  • Customer service skills: manage difficult or changing situations and respond promptly to employee/vendor/partner needs.
  • Teamwork skills: balance team and individual responsibilities, contribute to a positive team spirit, and build morale and group commitments.
  • Written communication: write clearly, informatively, and present numerical data effectively.
