Raptor Medicines is a venture capital‑backed biotech therapeutics company with offices in Boulder and Boston. The company is engaged in preclinical R&D programs focused on new cutting‑edge medicines for kidney diseases at our Boulder site.

Raptor Medicines is seeking Research Associates and Scientists with experience in the following chemical and biochemical techniques:

• Chemical synthesis of biologically active molecules, with preference given to candidates with experience in heterocyclic synthetic chemistry
• Experience with air‑sensitive chemistry techniques and isolating reactive intermediates
• Familiarity with automated RNA and DNA chemical synthesis
• Analysis and purification of DNA and RNA (ion exchange chromatography, HPLC, PAGE gels, etc.)
• Knowledge of bio‑conjugation chemistries and purification methods for antibodies, proteins, nucleic acids, and lipids

Required qualifications:

a BS or MS degree with 3 to 7 years experience in a research laboratory and a proven track record of success. Recent Ph.D. graduates with 0–2 years experience are also encouraged to apply. Success can be demonstrated by publications, conference presentations, scientific posters or patents. Please submit a resume or CV.
