Postdoctoral Associate – Neutrino Physics

Position summary:
The Experimental High Energy Physics Group invites applications for a Postdoctoral Associate to work in the neutrino physics group. The successful candidate will be expected to play a leading role in detector prototyping, commissioning, and data analysis for the DUNE Near Detectors and/or the NA61/SHINE experiment. The position is based in Boulder but requires periodic travel to U.S. laboratories and CERN.
- Lead physics analysis and detector commissioning for the DUNE near detector or NA61/SHINE experiment.
- Co‑mentor undergraduate and graduate students in research.
- Annual salary range of $62,000–$66,000.
- Moving reimbursement up to $2,500.

- Ph.D. in experimental particle or nuclear physics (required).
- Strong particle‑physics data‑analysis skills (preferred).
- Experience with detector hardware (preferred).
- Proficiency in C++ and Python (highly desirable).
