Food Prep​/Cashier & Riverhouse Lodge

Busy, fast-paced coffee shop seeks year round kitchen prep employee. Duties to include baking pastries, breads, cooking of all ingredients and preparing food. Must be dependable, trustworthy and productive.

• Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately to ensure consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen
• Handle food safely and adhere to food safety guidelines

• Previous experience in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation skills
• Ability to work efficiently and communicate well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards

Light maintenance and some additional cleaning required

• Paid training
