Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

Become a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in big‑box retailers and surrounding office supply stores. Demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs.

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores.
• Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff within the assigned store.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Report and provide competitive insights to the Retail Operations team.
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays, assess needs, and suggest products to fit those needs.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services to help them make selections and build confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Tech‑savvy with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training.
• Experience with sales process, overcoming objections, and connecting with customer needs.
• Retail experience or customer service experience with electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
• 1‑year job experience required.

• Stable, weekly schedule.
• Next‑day pay on‑demand with Daily Pay.
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability.
