Job Overview

We have roles available in Sales, Customer Service, Stock, and Fulfillment departments. You will continuously move and collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all customers, ensuring a quick and easy customer experience and maintaining a clean and clutter‑free store.

• Work with the team to keep the salesfloor runway‑ready, reshelve and straighten merchandise throughout the day.
• Assist customers during cashiering across in‑store, online, and mobile platforms.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system, bag items of all sizes, including bulky pieces.
• Create a smooth fitting room experience as a fitting room attendant.
• Keep the floor clean and clutter‑free by sorting and returning clothing.
• Maintain stockrooms and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and ticketed.
• Use store technologies and adhere to operational, merchandise, and asset protection standards.
• Promote the Nordstrom Rewards program.

• Receive, unload freight, unpack, and deliver new merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Prepare and ship orders following packing and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research shipments.
• Maintain clean and organized sell floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support: set up events, organize backroom, markdowns, relocate fixtures.

• Continuous movement for 6 to 8 hours: bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching.
• Use hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Lift bulky items above head, up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds (stock & fulfillment only).
• Frequent lifting up to 10 pounds; occasionally up to 25 pounds.

$20.15 – $20.95 per hour. Pay offers are dependent on location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
