As a Cannabis Service Representative, you are the embodiment of the 14er experience and the first impression of our brand. You will deliver elevated, personalized service, guiding guests through our curated selection of Boulder-grown premium Cannabis products. Your passion for exceptional service and commitment to the guest experience will reflect our dedication to, and experiences with premium Cannabis, the Cannabis community and culture, and wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality while verifying age and ensuring full compliance with company policies and state and local cannabis regulations.
  • Provide personalized product education by helping guests navigate our selection based on their goals, preferences, and experience level.
  • Curate thoughtful recommendations across flower, concentrates, edibles, vaporizers, topicals, and accessories to create an exceptional customer experience.
  • Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale system while handling cash and electronic payments with care and attention to detail.
  • Continuously expand product knowledge through ongoing training, product education, and familiarity with new and seasonal offerings.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by stocking displays, merchandising products, and supporting back-of-house organization.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries, inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and other inventory management responsibilities.
  • Follow all MED regulations and company compliance procedures to ensure accurate documentation and operational excellence.
  • Resolve guest questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment, escalating issues to leadership when appropriate.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-first environment by communicating effectively, supporting coworkers, and helping ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Current MED Employee Badge (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to connect with diverse customers
  • Basic math skills and comfort with POS technology
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
