Retail Store Manager

Title Nine is looking for a full-time Retail Store Manager to join our team!

As the Store Manager
, you are the team captain and the brand ambassador. You will:

• Ensure all budget and store sales goals are met and communicated to the team.
• Continually coach and train team members on product.
• Enable and inspire team to share passion for our brand in a meaningful way.
• Consistently role‑model exceptional service for all team members and customers.
• Conduct ongoing recruiting and hiring of staff.
• Actively network to build customer base and increase store traffic.
• Utilize customer feedback to reinforce and improve the quality of service.
• Manage staffing levels and create schedules that support customer service and daily operations within budget.
• Recognize and respond to performance issues with honest and direct communication.
• Partner with community groups to create relationships and participate in events.

• 2+ years of retail management or related experience.
• Passion for our product, sports, fitness, and our brand.
• A strong track record of attracting, coaching, mentoring, developing, and retaining a high‑performing team.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational performance and manage within an established budget.
• Sports, fitness, and/or adventure are a meaningful, daily part of your life.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Diplomacy and a CAN-DO attitude.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Pass criminal background check.
