Scan Coordinator

Overview

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, including changing shelf signs and tags and promotional signs.
• Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy and pricing signage in all departments.
• Ensure compliance with all company and governmental regulations.
• Work quickly and accurately to support pricing integrity in the store.

• Be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1‑3 months related experience and/or training; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Have strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze total scanning programs, properly maintain necessary reports and schedules, and understand and effectively use billing and accounting principles and processes.
• Possess excellent mathematical skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Have an outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Be able to read price tags, create and post signs, and staple, scan and use a computer to activate new pricing. Good vision is required for reading and setting signs, and the use of a step ladder is required.
• Be able to vertically/horizontally transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs., ranging from 1” to 34”, over a distance of up to 8 feet for up to 1 hour. Walking up to 4 miles per 8 hours is expected.
• Be able to conduct repetitive crouching, kneeling, or squatting to access a point 6 inches from the ground for up to 50 hours.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $29.15 per hour. Sprouts Farmers Market determines pay based on applicable experience and qualifications of the applicant.
