About This Job The Retail Sales Associate at Fascinations is an integral part of our store's success, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a team member in the sensual health and wellness retail space, you will engage with customers, educate them on our products, and contribute to a fun, professional, and thriving store environment. This role emphasizes learning, growth, and connecting with frequent shoppers to build lasting rapport.

Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, including product education and personalized shopping experiences.

Collaborate with the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Key Holders to meet and exceed sales goals.

Maintain store standards by following loss prevention guidelines and time-management best practices.

Assist in achieving a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment.

Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, based on business needs.

Skills & Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop rapport with customers and team members.

Proficiency in time management to efficiently handle responsibilities and customer interactions.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for 8+ hours during shifts.

Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
