Overview

Role: Founding Sales and Automation Associate

Type: Part Time, Commission Based

Hours: 15 to 20 hours per week minimum

Location: Remote or Hybrid

Aura Reception is an AI powered voice receptionist platform that helps clinics and businesses never miss a call, automate everyday workflows, and create custom voice agents integrated into their existing systems.

We are looking for a highly driven, persistent, and excellent communicator to join us immediately to help grow Aura Reception by reaching out to clinics and business owners daily, setting up demos, and building our lead pipeline.

This is a founding level role with very high upside for someone who enjoys sales, outreach, technology, and talking to business owners about improving their operations through AI automation.

Responsibilities
  • Call clinics and business owners daily to introduce Aura Reception
  • Explain how AI voice agents and custom workflows can automate their operations
  • Collect leads and maintain organized documentation in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Send follow up emails and manage communication with prospects
  • Set up product demos and walkthroughs
  • Identify new businesses to reach out to and expand the pipeline
  • Work closely with the founder to refine outreach and messaging
  • Occasionally assist with basic workflow setup or API integrations using tools like n8n
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Cold calling or sales experience required
  • Comfort speaking with business owners and decision makers
  • High level of perseverance and consistency
  • Organized documentation and follow up skills
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic CRM style tracking
  • General coding or technical background is a plus
  • Interest in AI, automation, APIs, and workflow tools is a plus
Helpful technical exposure (not required)
  • APIs and integrations
  • n8n or automation tools
  • Google Workspace
  • Excel or Google Sheets
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products
  • Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or similar
Compensation

This role is strictly commission based.

Success rates in cold outreach can be low, but the earning potential is high and rewarding based on closed sales. Commission varies per sale.
