You Will Do
  • Connect with prospective residents to build rapport and understand their housing needs.
  • Guide prospects through the leasing process with professionalism and exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to close leases by demonstrating urgency and aligning our floor plans with prospects' lifestyle preferences.
  • Conduct informative tours of our community for prospective students, parents, groups, etc., highlighting unique features and amenities that make Hub the best place to live.
