Role OverviewSherpani is seeking a high-energy, hyper-organized Independent Sales Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for our national sales engine. In this role, you will provide direct support to the Independent Sales Lead and act as the primary liaison for our network of over 70 sales representatives across the country.
This is a dynamic position that balances high-level coordination with "boots on the ground" execution. You will ensure our reps have the tools they need to succeed while keeping our internal reporting and lead management systems running like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the central point of contact for 72 national sales representatives, providing them with updated line sheets, marketing materials, and brand directives.
- Facilitate communication between the sales field and Sherpani HQ to ensure consistency across all territories.
- Coordinate logistics for national and regional trade shows.
- Travel and attend key industry shows to represent the brand, manage booth flow, and assist with setup and teardown.
- Manage the distribution and tracking of product samples for all 72 reps.
- Maintain a meticulously organized sample library to ensure the sales force is always showcasing the latest seasonal collections.
- Process and distribute inbound leads to the appropriate territory reps.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to help the Territory Sales Lead track performance against national goals.
- Maintain CRM data to ensure accurate forecasting and relationship management.
- Experience:
2+ years in sales coordination, logistics, or account management (experience managing independent reps is a huge plus). - The "Air Traffic Controller" Mindset:
Ability to manage requests from dozens of people simultaneously without losing focus. - Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills; you are the bridge between HQ and the field. - Tech Savvy:
Proficient in Excel and CRM platforms. - Wanderlust:
Willingness to travel for trade shows and roll up your sleeves for physical booth management and sample shipping.
- Base Salary:$48,000 per year.
- Incentives: Unlimited commissions + performance-based bonuses.
