Hajoca Corporation is one of the country’s largest privately‑held wholesale distributors of plumbing, heating & cooling, and industrial supplies.

A typical Profit Center is the heart of our business and consists of a warehouse, counter, sales office, and sometimes a showroom.

Dahl is one of those trade names and is looking for a Showroom Support at their Boulder, CO location.

Pay for Showroom Support is between $20 and $24 per hour at this location.

About the Role

You will:

  • Provide hospitality and warmly welcome each customer and introduce them to a Showroom sales consultant.
  • Provide administrative support and schedule appointments for the Showroom sales team.
  • Determine customer needs and direct them to the best product solutions.
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding product specifications, suitability, pricing, and availability.
  • Enter sales orders and bids, expedite purchases, and follow up throughout the sales process.
  • Process showroom sale returns and refund paperwork in accordance with company policy and procedure.
  • Keep the showroom clean, neat, current, stocked, and safely displayed.
  • Maintain product literature files to ensure the most current and accurate information is always available.
  • Join industry associations and attend professional events to stay informed about design trends and new products.
  • Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
  • Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and other management.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or showroom sales.
  • Knowledge of products sold in the showroom is preferred.
  • Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends.
  • Outstanding customer service and verbal/telephone communication skills.
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word) for email, contact files, calendars, and report creation/analysis.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships and inspire teamwork.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and multi‑task.
  • Self‑directed, detail oriented, and highly organized.
  • Ability to learn and operate the computer systems used to process orders.
  • English reading, writing, speaking, and understanding proficiency.
  • Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
