- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in sales or sales enablement.
- Experience in the full lifecycle of sales enablement or training programs (e.g., analysis or identification, development, and execution).
- Experience working with sales or Go-To-Market processes.
- Administrator Certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a sales operations, business analyst, or a similar role with a focus on sales systems.
- Demonstrated experience creating and delivering training materials to a sales audience.
- Strong technical writing, editing, and communication skills.
We are seeking a Sales Business Systems Program Manager to develop and deliver content focused on our sales business systems, primarily in our CRM, to our North
AM sales organization. This position is perfectly suited for a motivated professional capable of overseeing various initiatives, dedicated to enhancing seller performance, and equipped with significant expertise in sales platforms. You will understand the daily operational needs of sellers to produce and provide thorough resources for our sales personnel.
This expansive role covers key sales tools including Vector [], DPO/Deal desk, Rainmaker, Cloud Connect, and Sales Gemini Enterprise agents.
US: $164000 - $240000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality technical content and processes for sales teams on the effective use of business systems, ensuring materials drive clear proficiency and operational excellence across the organization.
- Represent regional requirements to global systems teams to ensure local needs are prioritized during roadmap development. Partner with strategy and operations to identify knowledge gaps and maintain current, accurate, and engaging sales documentation.
- Design and distribute clear communications regarding system updates and new offerings to sales audiences. Utilize internal tools to publish materials that help sellers navigate complex business system landscapes and stay informed of changes.
- Audit existing documentation for relevance as systems evolve. Partner with global enablement teams to drive strategic programs that increase sales productivity, system adoption, and overall effectiveness throughout the sales cycle.
