The Ceribell System is a novel, point‑of‑care electroencephalography (“EEG”) platform specifically designed to address the unmet needs of patients in the acute care setting and is being used in hundreds of community hospitals, large academic facilities and major IDNs across the country.

Territory

Manager Overview

The Ceribell Territory Manager partners with key stakeholders across multiple departments (Emergency Department, ICU, Neurology, Hospital Administration) to educate on the prevalence and importance of non‑convulsive seizures, build support, and drive the acquisition process. The role is responsible for selling Ceribell’s technology, achieving revenue growth within the assigned territory, and maintaining superior customer relationships to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation:
    Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Value Proposition Communication:
    Clearly articulate Ceribell’s value to unlock partnership opportunities and develop long‑term relationships with key decision makers.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Collaborate with Leadership and Account Managers to grow a strong pipeline of new business and launch partnerships.
  • Clinical Champion Development:
    Build and coach clinical champions within hospital departments.
  • Hospital Department Engagement:
    Call on multiple departments within hospitals, leveraging experience across specialties.
  • C‑Suite Sales and Contract Negotiation:
    Effectively sell into the C‑Suite and negotiate contracts with hospital decision makers.
  • Effective Discovery:
    Conduct discovery sessions with clinical and executive targets to understand needs and tailor solutions.
  • Cold Calling:
    Engage potential clients in the hospital setting.
  • Coachability:
    Effectively receive and implement feedback.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and Ceribell policies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably in disruptive technologies.
  • Background in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point‑of‑Care environments.
  • Proven ability to manage a complex, hospital‑based sales cycle.
  • Experience in cold calling and account acquisition.
  • Experience selling to and negotiating with C‑Suite hospital leaders.
  • Challenger sales experience.
  • Track record of high sales rankings and ROI achievements.
  • Hunter mentality and strong stakeholder influence.
  • High emotional intelligence and a history of applying coaching.
Preferred Characteristics
  • Self‑starter with independent task management.
  • Relationship builder across hospital departments and specialties.
  • Negotiation skills for complex contracts.
  • Adaptability and continuous improvement through coaching.
Compensation

Base salary: $115,000;
On‑Target Earnings: $250,000 USD. Compensation may include bonuses and equity opportunities. The final offer will depend on skills, education, location, and experience.
