Location: 1901 S 120th St, Suite A, Lafayette, CO 80026
Compensation: $100,000–$130,000 (Base Salary + Commission)

Job Summary

We are a growing water well company seeking an experienced Construction Estimator with a strong water well industry background. This role combines project management, sales leadership, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically knowledgeable, goal-driven, and capable of managing projects from initial sale through completion while driving new business growth.

Required Background

• Water well industry experience is required
• Plumbing and/or electrical background required
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, and project coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Manage water well projects from bid through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to grow market share
• Establish and manage sales territories and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and partners
• Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
• Create and manage project schedules using Gantt charts
• Track project progress, sales performance, results, and trends for forecasting and business planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting using Microsoft Excel
• Coordinate with field crews, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after project completion

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of water well systems, drilling operations, and related services
• Sales experience with a proven ability to close and grow accounts
• Project management experience with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project scheduling tools (Gantt charts)
• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and identify trends
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
