Position Description We're looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who will be responsible for serving customers that come into the showroom. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, knowledge of welding equipment and processes, is familiar with computer systems, and has a sales mentality.

Your Day-to-Day Open and closing the store, counting money and balancing cash drawers

Stay up to date with current sales, promotions, and policies regarding payment and exchanges

Recommend merchandise based upon customer needs and desires

Describe and explain use, safe operation, and care of merchandise to customers

Price, bar code, and stock merchandise

Clean and stock shelves, counters, and tables

Compute sales pricing, finalize purchases, receive/process cash or credit payments

Customer Experience Store upkeep

Safety

Stocking Product Delivery Preparation (outgoing)
Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Team Excellent time management/organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work independently and with others

Customer service experience

Basic computer skills i.e. Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office High School Diploma or equivalent

Welding experience or knowledge preferred

Retail sales experienced preferred

Class B CDL with Hazmat preferred

Be able to stand on your feet 7 to 8 hours a day with lots of walking, twisting, bending, reaching, pushing/pulling, grasping, sitting and repetitive motions
