What You Will Do
As an Information Assurance Specialist, you will ensure program systems comply with RMF, ATO, and federal cybersecurity requirements while supporting mission delivery in a classified environment.
- Lead RMF and ATO processes through accreditation
- Ensure compliance with NIST, FISMA, and organizational policies
- Conduct security assessments, audits, and risk mitigation activities
- Integrate security controls throughout the system lifecycle
- Maintain security documentation and SOPs
- Brief leadership on cyber risk, compliance, and system posture

Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
- Bachelor’s Degree
- ONE (1) or more years’ experience with RMF, ATO, and federal cybersecurity standards
- Strong understanding of system security engineering
- Ability to communicate technical risk to non‑technical stakeholders
- IC or DoD cybersecurity experience
- Classified systems experience
The annual salary range for this position is $68,900.00-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
