Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology-focused location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, entry points, and the exterior perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate professionally with site contacts regarding security-related concerns and/or operational needs;
Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and following post orders for assigned areas and/or shifts
