Patrol Security Officer — Full Time — Boulder, CO

Wage: $23.00/hr

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances and exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and terrain.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team environment to ensure site/organizational goals are achieved daily.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High‑school diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within six months.
• Standard computer/technology skills.
• Customer‑service background preferred.
• Security, law‑enforcement, or military experience is a plus.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals calmly and professionally.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening, including drug screening and background investigation.
