We’re looking for a Part‑time Bicycle Technician to join the Factor Bikes team in Boulder, Colorado. As a Bicycle Technician, you will be responsible for building Factor bikes, fulfilling orders, performing basic repairs, overhauls and cleaning.

• Assemble and build Factor bicycles according to company standards and specifications.
• Perform quality inspections and final checks to ensure bicycles are safe and ready for delivery.
• Pick, pack, and fulfill customer and dealer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform basic bicycle repairs, tune‑ups, maintenance, and overhauls.
• Clean, prepare, and service bicycles for shipment, display, or customer delivery.
• Maintain an organized workspace and assist with inventory and warehouse operations.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• A successful candidate will be flexible and willing to adapt to fluid daily requirements.

• 3+ years as a bike technician or mechanic
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs
• Clean driving record is a plus
