Electrical Superintendent

Goliath Construction Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a well-established electrical contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations at a major manufacturing campus in Boulder, Colorado.

This is a unique opportunity to oversee a dedicated onsite team supporting one long-term client. You ll manage electrical service, maintenance, renovations, and ongoing construction projects while leading electricians and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead daily field operations for service work, renovations, and construction projects
• Supervise and mentor a dedicated onsite team of approximately 30 electricians
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules
• Partner with the Project Manager and client representatives to execute work with minimal disruption to facility operations
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards across multiple active projects

• 7+ years of electrical construction experience with field leadership responsibilities
• Experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, or Foreman
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, mission critical, or other occupied facilities preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of NEC requirements and electrical construction best practices
