Core Spaces is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work on-site, handling daily work orders, preventative maintenance, and groundskeeping tasks. You will diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, and appliances, and support move‑outs and turnover activities as needed.
You must be able to work a full on-site shift, be available for on-call duties, and lift up to 50 pounds. A High School diploma is preferred, with 3+ years’ experience and a CPO certification or plan to obtain it within 3 months.
