Winn Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at San Juan Del Centro, a 150-unit affordable housing community in Boulder, CO. You will perform maintenance across units, common areas, offices, grounds and parking lots, following company procedures.
The role includes an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule on weekdays and on-call shifts for urgent needs. Required are 1–3 years of experience, knowledge of basic electrical/plumbing/HVAC, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.
