A-Level Automotive Technician

We're hiring an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join a respected independent repair shop in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. You'll work alongside a professional, supportive team that values quality repairs, continuous learning, and a drama-free workplace—not flat-rate chaos.

As an A-Level Technician, you'll be trusted with the repairs and diagnostics that require experience, accuracy, and critical thinking.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform thorough vehicle inspections and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Troubleshoot electrical systems
• Diagnose cooling system leaks
• Repair steering and suspension systems
• Perform pressure testing and advanced diagnostics
• Service Domestic and Asian vehicles
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Collaborate with teammates to provide outstanding customer service
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and professional

• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience REQUIRED
• Strong diagnostic skills and proven repair experience
• Experience with electrical diagnostics, steering/suspension, and pressure testing
• Heavy producer with a strong work ethic
• Growth mindset and desire to continue learning
• Independent shop experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
