Flagship Pioneering is seeking a hands‑on Hardware Technician to design, assemble, and test advanced aerial and ground‑based hardware. You will move between precise fabrication (CNC, 3D printing, lay‑up) and systems‑level assembly, ensuring quality and rapid iteration in a prototype‑heavy environment.
You should have 2–5 years of hands‑on fabrication experience, CAD/CAM familiarity (Fusion 360), and the ability to read drawings and GD&T.
