Pay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00/hour

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of a healthcare facility. This role is responsible for maintaining building systems, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring a safe, efficient environment for staff and patients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in facilities maintenance, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and air flow systems.
• Install, repair, and test electrical circuits, lighting systems, switches, relays, and related equipment.
• Maintain and respond to fire alarm and signal systems.
• Perform plumbing repairs and general facility maintenance tasks.
• Assist with parts ordering, inventory management, and equipment upkeep.
• Utilize maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility procedures.
• Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.

• Minimum of 5 years of facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or general maintenance experience.
• Experience with:
  • Plumbing
  • HVAC systems and troubleshooting
  • Electrical wiring, switches, relays, and circuits
  • General building repairs
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Hospital, healthcare, or medical facility maintenance experience.
• Experience with fire alarm and signal systems.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.

This is a Contract position based out of Golden, CO.

This is a fully onsite position in Golden,CO.
