• You’ll perform maintenance on residential HVAC equipment including:
  Furnaces, Air conditioners, Heat pumps, Mini-split systems, Other residential comfort equipment
• Identify potential concerns before they become costly breakdowns.
• Explain your findings in a way homeowners can easily understand.
• Recommend repairs, enhancements, and preventative solutions that improve comfort and extend equipment life.
• Complete accurate documentation, photos, and service notes.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience on every visit.
• Continue developing your diagnostic and technical skills through ongoing training.

You don't need to know everything, but you should be eager to learn.

We're looking for someone who has:

• At least 6 months of residential HVAC maintenance experience
• Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
• Basic diagnostic experience (preferred)
• A belief that preventative maintenance truly benefits homeowners
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to educate clients without pressure
• Pride in doing quality work, not just finishing quickly
• A positive attitude and willingness to grow
• EPA Certification (required)
• 2 positions available

Pay: $22-$26 per hour, depending on experience

Plus:
Performance bonuses, Sales commissions, and spiffs

• Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m.
  
  - 4:30 p.m. + on-call (rotating evenings & weekends) as your tenure and experience grows (with flexible start and end times based on business needs)
