As a traveling SLP, you have the ability to significantly increase your earning potential compared to local roles. We offer tax-free stipends for housing and meals/incidentals, which means a large portion of your compensation is not subject to federal taxes. This structure allows many assignments to equate to $80+/hr, with some reaching $90 $ 100+/hr depending on location and demand. Even in standard placements, pay often exceeds typical district rates.
All positions are W-2 employment and include benefits, giving you stability while maintaining the flexibility and financial upside of travel work.

Job Duties:
- Provide speech-language services to K12 student populations
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Support communication development across academic and functional settings
