DevSecOps Engineer

Auria is seeking a Dev Sec Ops  Engineer to join our outstanding team supporting the GMI program in a hybrid position based in Boulder, Colorado.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:

• Responsible for developing and enhancing continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) operations in multiple cloud service environments
• Support software quality efforts associated with product deliveries, conduct ongoing lifecycle maintenance of the Dev Sec Ops  toolchain, and implement upgrades to the software factory as needed
• Conduct automated system testing, integration, and deployment using Dev Sec Ops  tools and methods
• Recommend and implement upgrades and modifications to Dev Sec Ops  workflows and tools/products

WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:

• Possess a obtain a U.S. Government SECRET security clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship) Strong programming skills in Bash, YAML, Python, Power Shell, and AzureCLI
• Experience using Forge
• Experience using Git Lab, Ansible, Terraform, Nexus, and Jenkins
• Experience using AWS cloud and GCC High Experience using application security concepts and vulnerability remediation techniques
• Experience working within an agile system development framework, conducting engineering tasks for a complex system

WHAT THE TEAM PREFERS:

• Experience with software development, test automation, and system automation that supports the development of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Configuration as Code (CaC), and Security as Code (SaC)
• Expertise with a modern software factory's CI/CD processes, tools, and technologies. This includes knowledge of technologies such as Git Lab, Ansible, Terraform, Nexus, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of secure software development methodologies and implementing full-stack infrastructure with a Security First mindset
• Knowledge of security standards such as NIST 800-171, STIG Compliance, and Ansible Lockdown
• Experience with planning or supporting space missions

PAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $140,000 - $160,000
