Tools and Automation Engineer

The Vision Products Group is looking for a driven and dedicated Tools and Automation Engineer. As a Tools and Automation Engineer, you'll be embedded in the Vision Products Group quality assurance team, working shoulder-to-shoulder with software engineers, QA engineers, and team leads toward a shared goal of delivering exceptional products. Day to day, you'll write and expand automated tests - building on established frameworks and existing tooling rather than starting from scratch - and collaborate across teams to ensure your work has broad impact.

Experience testing or working with AI and/or ML systems Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Experience building internal tooling or utilities to support development or testing workflows Familiarity with hardware and software co-development or validation environments Experience working within agile or iterative development environments

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience Experience writing automated tests or developing automation tooling Proficiency in Python, Java, or a similar programming language Familiarity with CI/CD systems and workflows

Experience with QA methodologies, including manual test execution and bug reporting Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Familiarity with Gen AI coding tools. Demonstrated ability to use them for design, code generation, and debugging.
