To maintain our high standards, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Golf Course Equipment Manager to join our team.

As the Golf Course Equipment Manager, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and management of all golf course equipment. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our equipment is in optimal condition to support the daily operations and overall excellence of our golf course.

• Manage and supervise the golf course equipment maintenance program, including routine service, repairs, and overhauls.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment, including mowers, tractors, and other machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Coordinate with the golf course superintendent and grounds staff to prioritize equipment needs and resolve any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of equipment.
• Manage the budget for equipment maintenance and repairs, including procurement of parts and supplies.
• Provide training and guidance to grounds staff on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in golf course equipment technology.

• Proven experience as a golf course equipment manager or in a similar role within the golf industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of golf course equipment, including repair and maintenance.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
