A Day in the Life
The Boulder, Colorado warehouse is now hiring for a Shipping / Receiving Clerk II. The role performs a combination of manual and clerical duties for receiving operations in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include receiving incoming materials, preparing items for shipment, packing and unpacking products, parts, supplies, and equipment. The position uses computer systems to track, log, verify, and report inventory and shipment activity.
Responsibilitiesmay include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties; may work out of a central warehouse.
- Uses computer system for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting.
- Follows shipping practices and procedures, and transportation routing, schedules and requirements.
- Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment.
- (Un) packs or (un) wraps items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc.
- Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifiers; logs receipt of items on system, processes freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents; reports materials shipped and bills of lading; posts weight and shipping charges and routes merchandise to destinations.
- Requires full job knowledge of production-related systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
- Requires minimum of 2 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.
- Experience handling raw materials for medical device manufacturing
- Experience with data entry into SAP
- Ability to work overtime on the weekends as needed
- Ability to safely operate a forklift and move pallets

Benefits & CompensationSalary ranges for U.S. (excl. PR) locations: $42,000.00 - $63,000.00. The position may be eligible for an Operations Incentive Plan. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, Health Savings Account, and other standard corporate benefits. Compensation and benefits are subject to local regulations and may vary by experience, certification, and location.
