Looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Associate to support logistics, inventory management, and equipment preparation for cutting‑edge drone technology. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity with the potential to join the team permanently based on performance.

• Receive, track, and manage drones and equipment throughout their lifecycle
• Load and unload trucks for shipments and returns
• Maintain accurate inventory records and equipment logs
• Prepare drones and equipment for upcoming deployments
• Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Create packing lists and coordinate shipment readiness
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse

• Warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using inventory tracking systems and logs
• Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment safely
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented
