Salary Range: $26.00 to $32.00 Hourly

Summary

This position assists with the safe distribution and storage of materials, parts, and equipment at Corden Pharma Colorado. The role supports the general infrastructure and warehouse activities, performs cycle counts in SAP, and coordinates material delivery to production areas. The position requires working days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate electronic and paper data entry for material movement, reconciliation, receipt, shipping, and labeling.
  • Ensure accurate inventory transactions and cycle counting in SAP.
  • Follow safety rules and wear PPE properly.
  • Comply with departmental and company procedures and applicable regulations related to quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental policies.
  • Attend required GMP training sessions and housekeeping and safety practices.
  • Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other equipment and maintain them.
  • Receive, handle, and deliver raw materials to and from manufacturing and laboratories.
  • Maintain inventory control and proper storage of chemicals and manufacturing materials.
  • Detect and respond to potential hazards and emergency situations.
  • Execute SAP material movement and tracking protocols timely to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate warehouse dock operations, unloading and loading trucks, and reporting incidents.
  • Inform Purchasing of damaged goods, late deliveries, and missing back‑ordered items.
Qualifications

Education/

Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. SAP experience preferred.

Language

Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports; speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Mathematical

Skills:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; apply basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:
Apply common sense to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form; solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid Driver’s License; forklift certification; ability to obtain a Class A Hazardous Materials endorsement on a state‑issued commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus.

Physical Demands

The job requires frequent standing, walking, working with hands, talking or hearing; occasional sitting, reaching above shoulder height, tasting or smelling; and occasional lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment

Work occurs in both indoor warehouse environments (ambient, cold, and frozen) and outdoor settings for receiving and shipping goods. Exposure to hazardous solvents and chemicals; PPE required. Occasional exposure to outside‑weather conditions. Noise level is usually moderate.
