Salary Range: $67,000.00 To $72,000.00 Annually
Position OverviewThe Team Leader-Not Licensed assumes supervisory, clinical, and administrative responsibilities and acts as coach for the PACT Team. Responsibilities include clinical leadership, team building, resource utilization, administrative oversight, quality assurance, and ensuring all team members are involved in all aspects of the team’s work. The role also provides assessment and direct service to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness enrolled in the PACT Program.
EssentialJob Functions
- Supervise frequent monitoring and assessment of clients, significant others, and community environment.
- Develop comprehensive assessments, coordinate other assessments, and create individualized service plans. Ensure documentation meets DMHAS/Medicaid standards.
- Provide clinical supervision, leadership, and direction to the PACT team, including weekly supervision for direct reports and personal supervision.
- Conduct monthly side‑by‑side sessions and structured group meetings to address issues, develop performance goals, and teach interventions.
- Promote cross‑training and education among disciplines, ensure compliance with rules and regulations, and coordinate services with community providers.
- Assess medication adherence, educate about medication, monitor side effects, and provide crisis response and 24‑hour on‑call coverage.
- Teach daily living skills, support employment/education, and provide family support to reduce stress and promote wellness.
- Use evidence‑based practices such as motivational interviewing, CBT, IMR, Trauma Informed Care, Permanent Supportive Housing, and Career Development.
- Collect and monitor program outcomes and quality assurance data.
- Communicate with PACT Director and oversee billing and units of service.
- Model leadership, facilitate decision‑making, and build a high‑performance team climate.
- Manage portions of the operating budget, including transportation and medication assistance fund.
- Ensure timely documentation and inclusion of families or significant others when permitted.
- Develop staff, conduct training, supervision, and performance appraisals.
- Exercise judgment and assume responsibility for decisions that impact people, costs, and quality of service.
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.
- At least 2 years of post‑Bachelor's experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- No more than one moving violation in the past 12 months.
- Vehicle required.

Schedule:
Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
